We have been working with Nelson for seven years and have had no issues whatsoever. He is always on top of everything and anything that may occur with our rental home and gets it taken care of ASAP. A prior tenant of ours from over two years ago, continues writing bad reports and reviews regarding Nelson. Our previous renters assumed we were in the wrong and actually took us to court and in fact, they lost the case. Just goes to show you that they were indeed in the wrong. I feel bad that they have to continue getting themselves and family members to write bad reviews in regards to Nelson. These people have issues and apparently cannot let anything go being that it’s been nearly 2.5 years since they vacated our property. They had no proof to even show that they were correct and upon our inspection, I did walk-through videos and pictures of everything. So the proof was shown in court, being why they lost their deposit. We never even went after these people for additional cost to get our rental back up to par. So who really lost any money in the end?

Nelson & Maria have run our properties for over 10 years, advising on good prospective tenants, following a good plan for maintenance and marketing when they are vacant. They are attentive, giving an excellent service to us as landlords and to our tenants. Five stars are really not enough! They are awesome!

Excellent rental company, 100% recommended. I didn't have any problems, even though some people don't give them positive reviews. I stayed in one of their properties for a year, and any problem was repaired immediately. They returned almost all of my deposit. It's also important to note that when we left the property, we left everything in good condition.
